Macau has built up a strong economy and it is also a free port, which imposes virtually no restrictions or limits on the flow of goods, services and capital. This makes Macau an ideal city for exhibitions, conferences and meeting a center. The city today boasts modern telecommunication and infrastructure, making this a well connected city.

Macau's rich history is reflected in the colonial buildings that dot the city, together with splendid cathedrals, and temples and of course the local Macauese cuisine, a blend of the city's Portuguese and Chinese heritage.
